As a Shopper & Driver Supervisor, you’ll lead and mentor your team to achieve their goals by developing their skills and fostering a strong work ethic.

Weekly Staff Performance Report**

Our process includes providing comprehensive weekly feedback on staff performance levels. We deliver daily, weekly, and monthly detailed performance reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Additionally, we advise on weekly reports concerning complaints, downtime issues, and store productivity metrics.

Qualifications Required

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Eligibility to work in South Africa.
  • Possession of a valid South African driver’s license or a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ownership of a reliable vehicle or motorbike, with registration documents ready for verification.
  • Access to a modern smartphone (iPhone 5/Android 4.4 or newer) for GPS and delivery app usage.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Team Leader role.
