JOB DESCRIPTION:

Title: Part-Time Call Centre Agent Opportunity

Location: Head Office – Kampala, Uganda
Start Date: April 202X
Compensation: To Be Announced (Based on Experience)
Reports To: Call Centre Team Leader

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing service role
  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory

  • Complete Logs and Reports: Maintain comprehensive call logs and reports for management review.
